The
Crusade Church of God is an independent congregation located in
Russellville, Arkansas. The church is home to Points of Truth Christian
Ministries, an evangelical outreach which ministers worldwide. The
ministry distributes a periodical Newsletter, literature and tapes to
people around the globe.
The Church began
in 1995 as the Church of God Fellowship, but has since changed its name to
Crusade Church of God. We are located at 1711 South Cleveland (corner of
S. Detroit and 18th street) in Russellville, Arkansas. The Crusade Church
of God is a Sabbath-keeping church and holds its weekly worship services
on Saturday. Services begin at 10:30 a.m. which is followed by a potluck
meal, afternoon study groups and testimony service. Each Service begins
with lengthy praise music. Friday evenings at 7:30 p.m. the church enters
into praise and prayer together, and each Tuesday at 7 p.m. is a weekly
Bible Study.
The Crusade
Church of God is also a Holy Day observing church. Meaning, the church
believes in observing the seven annual festivals commanded in Leviticus
23, but with New Testament meaning. Above all, the Crusade Church of God
is a Christ-centered fellowship and believes in the workings of the
spiritual gifts in the individual members of the congregation.

Our
Local Facility
The
Crusade Church of God facility in Russellville, Arkansas is
constructed for personal fellowship as well as for worship. Apart from the
main sanctuary and balcony, classrooms, nursery, offices and dining hall,
our facility offers two beautiful courtyards featuring flowers and even a
small fish pond with a water fall. Brethren sit and fellowship with one
another in these serene settings. The facility also features the
"Mission Lounge", a comfortable place decorated in African motif
for brethren to visit and minister to one another. The room features a
small library, TV with Christian videos and movies and a 11 x 27 foot
scenic African mural on the wall to set the mood. You may ask "why
Africa?" Points of Truth Christian Ministries has a work in Kenya and
Sierra Leone. Brother Lasiter and his daughters Sarah and Jennifer have
held 34 crusades in Africa and has welcomed African pastors to America.
The
Crusade Church of God is a close loving family which welcomes visitors
with open arms. Please feel welcome to visit.

Outdoor
Evangelism - Door to Door Witnessing
| Members of
the Crusade Church hand out tracts while holding demonstrations at
busy intersections. A table is set up to offer literature and CD's
and members are available to answer questions and give counseling.
We also do door to door evangelizing and reach no fewer than 500
homes on a given day. |
Points
of Truth Missions to Africa, India and Pakistan
| In 2001
Points of Truth Ministries held 34 outdoor crusades in 34 days in
Kenya, East Africa. We were hosted by Pastor Joseph Kimani of the
Apostolic Church of God 7th Day. We support the work being done
there by Pastors Kimani, David Kariuki and Duncan Munchiri. We also
have a work in Sierra Leone, West Africa headed by Pastor Thomas
Babadie. We support several evangelic outreach Ministries in India
and plan to hold crusades there in the future. Pastor David Raju is
our senior contact in India. Since the Gulf War Pakistan has opened
up to us and we have been working with a number of Ministries there
and have been invited to hold outdoor crusades and teaching seminars
in Pakistan and are praying for God to provide the means. |
